Every one of us has been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Our priority is to keep us as safe as possible. I have completed a COVID-19 Awareness course and a number of changes have been implemented in line with the government guidelines.
Booking Appointments
If I, or any member of my household, feel ill or have symptoms of C0VlD-19, we will self-isolate immediately. This may mean that I have to cancel your appointment at short notice. I appreciate that this may be inconvenient, but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled, you will be able to re-book again or ask for a full refund / voucher.
If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise me as soon as possible and DO NOT COME TO THE HOUSE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. You will not be charged for any appointments which you miss due to illness / self-isolation.

For your safety and to maintain social distancing, please attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible.
The frequency of cleaning within the treatment room, entrance hall and toilet has been increased, including making sure that common surfaces, door handles, light switches etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant products between each client.
Wherever possible, environmentally friendly, single use items will be used during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use in order to protect you from cross infection.
Hand sanitiser will be available for you to use when you come into the treatment room.
Please be aware that I will be wearing a face mask during your visit and treatment, as per the government recommendations. If you are happy to wear one for the duration of your treatment, this would be appreciated. Treatments will still be provided if you choose not to wear a face mask.
All disposable items are safely removed from the treatment area between each client and any linen and blankets used are washed at 60°C.
Treatments
A risk assessment has been done on treatments and I am confident that we can continue to provide these safely.
In order to avoid handling cash, please pay for your treatment in advance using bank transfer.
During your treatment
I understand the importance of hand hygiene and will ensure that my hands are washed thoroughly before the start of your treatment.
We will try to make your treatment as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatments, please let me know and we will do what we can to assist you.
All of these procedures have been implemented for your safety and mine. I will continue to take advice from the Government regarding safe practice and will amend them as necessary.
